Battering Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP)
Our Mission
BIPPs in Texas aims to eliminate male-to-female intimate partner violence by providing services to batterers, promoting safety for victims, and bringing about the social change necessary to end battering and all other forms of abuse.

Here at STAR Council, we offer a 24-week course where participants work together to better one another striving to end domestic violence in their homes.

STAR Council is a Texas Department of Criminal Justice accredited program since 2012.

Our services are available in:
-
Cleburne, Tx

Here at STAR Council, the safety of our participants and staff members is very important to us. In an effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus we are holding all individual and group sessions via ZOOM until further notice.
